I'm Sofia. I live in Bexhill-on-Sea, and after a bit of a half hiatus I'm coming back to reading in person at my local venues. It's lovely to be back.

What's an Akashic Records reading?

The Akashic Records are often described as "a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present or future, in terms of all entities and life forms." I like to call it your soul's library.

In a reading, I lay out card spreads and read your Records, then we talk through what comes up. We look at the cycles that keep coming round, the same kind of relationship, the same wobble at work, where they might come from and what could help now.

Is an Akashic reading a psychic reading?

Yes, there's a psychic side to it. To read your Akashic Records I use my clairsenses: clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), claircognizance (clear knowing), clairsentience (clear feeling) and so on. Alongside the card spreads, that's how I read what comes through.

Where it may differ from other psychic readings you've had is the focus. I won't tell you what's going to happen, and the reading isn't about contacting loved ones who've passed.
