Sofia Delgado-Gulliver is a Filipina spiritual guide, transformational mentor, and the visionary founder behind Kunwento, a soul-centered platform dedicated to helping individuals realign with their purpose and unlock the wisdom of their past, present, and future. She is also the creator of the Litework Method, a powerful 10-step journey that transforms shadow work into lightwork—helping clients reclaim clarity, confidence, and alignment in every aspect of life.

Born and raised in the Philippines and now based in the UK, Sofia bridges East and West, weaving together her cultural heritage, intuitive gifts, and years of study in spiritual healing modalities—including the Akashic Records, manifestation coaching, and trauma-informed self-discovery work.

Sofia believes in empowerment through story—both the stories we’ve inherited and the ones we’re here to rewrite. Through Kunwento, she has guided hundreds of clients across the world to break limiting patterns, understand their karmic cycles, and create lives led by their highest truth.
